Molding  Department
Specialized in design and manufacture all kinds of AC/DC computer fits connectors mold, precise plastic mold, exporting mold, jig and tooling design and manufacturing; Own precise CNC, mirror EDM sparkle discharge machine, milling machine, automatic lathe, precise grinding machine, wire-electrode cutting machine, automatic FIT molding machine, pore discharge machine etc.

Injection Department
Have high-speed FUNAC injection machine that imported from Japan, Haitian latest model full-servo injection machine, Haitian latest model full-servo double-colored injection machine, there are in total 38sets that from 60T to 1000T. Can serve and meet high quality demand from customers.

Painting  Department
Possess a 100k-level dust-free workshop, one manual painting line, one UV coating line; four manual painting cabinets; three vertical IR ovens; We can provide high efficient and supper quality painting service to our customers.

AP print/laser carving/FA assembly Department
Possess pad printing, screen printing, auto-screen printer and plastic fits assembly workshop.

We can serve from injection-painting-printing-laser-assembly-finish product output;We can satisfy our customer with quite fast, super quality and most economy services.

LiangYou obtain ISO9001:2008 certificate in August 2011.And upgrade to ISO9001:2015 in December 2017 and pass ISO13485 medical certificates.
